Business Card Software Specialists

Our business recently contracted a USB credit card reader from a financial merchant. The package came with no software and the reader itself was not a plug and play type machine. I talked to customer service and they were no help. It’s pretty obvious that I’m going to need some type of software, does anyone know what I can use? I’ve heard of Shopping Cart and PayFuse, are these good programs, do they have anything to do with this?

Ok, I messed up. What I meant to write was a .biz business card, not .zip. Dumb me. Sorry. Still can’t open the .biz business card without the proprietary program that created it. Yes or no? Thanks for your patience.
