We need to be able to create different classifications for the contacts and export the lists to email. For example, we need to be able to classify a contact more than one way, such as “eco-friendly” and also “retailer”, thus if we need to email a group about a new product line they would be in it, but if it was about manufacturing, they would not. Also, it would be idea to be able to select by region, or everyone who is under a company name. We also need to be able to generate phone lists based on the same criteria.

Any ideas? The software must be Free.

2 friends and I have been planning to start a company and at first we sold by word of mouth and now that we got quiet a few sales going and more buyers, we decided to make a website and get more professional software. We were unsure and most of our acquaintances who are in the business world use industrial and old model programs and machinery.
